Covid-19 Policies:
As PHO NOV 19, Masks Must be worn in all indoor spaces by Staff and Guests
1. Self Assessment
a. Staff: Do daily health checks before arriving at work, Staff are required to inform Management regarding any sickness or COVID-19 like symptoms. We will be asking our staff to stay home at least 14 days if they are experiencing fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or loss of smell and complete the BC COVID-19 Self Assessment tool.
b. Guests: Complete Covid-19 Self-screening questions before arriving at BCRV

if you answer “YES” to any questions, please do not come to BCRV, call us 604-420-1722, We will CANCEL or MOVE your reservation to more than 14 days later.
2. P.P.E. (Personal Protective Equipment)
a. Staff: Gloves and Masks are provided and are recommended, but not mandatory. *see PHO above
Hand sanitizer and anti-bacteria soap will be available to all staff. Management recommends
washing the hands continually throughout the day.
b. Guests: Masks are encouraged in common rooms such as washrooms and laundry. ** See PHO above
3. PHYSICAL DISTANCING
a. Check-in process: Upon arrival, GUESTS will be required to-
-Check the body temperature at the front desk. NOT GREATER than 37.5 C
- Follow the social distancing of 2 meters(6ft) markers and signage.
- Follow maximum capacity of Reservation / store, pool /hot tub, laundry room.
- Please leave unnecessary items such as water bottles in your vehicle.
b. Guests are NOT PERMITTED visitors at BCRV at this time.
4. Staffing: Our commitment to our staff members is to ensure we provide them with a safe and socially distanced work environment, therefore we will be limiting one(1) staff at the desk
Staff members are asked to follow all protocols and procedures.
Practice 2 meters social distancing with fellow co-workers.
5. ENHANCED SAFETY AND CLEANING PROTOCOL
Wash hands with anti-bacterial soap for no less than 20 seconds.
Thoroughly clean before opening to the public. The sanitization process must include all surfaces such as floors, door handles, entry glass door, counters, phones, laundry equipment, VAC, etc... with an disinfect spray or wipes. - see Pool Procedures Policy
Frequently sanitize all surfaces, contact point throughout the day or as needed.
6. OPERATING HOURS
During this pandemic time, our new operating hours of facilities open will be 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, the lounge, gym and games room and tenting area will remain closed.
We will continually monitoring the safety and efficiency for all our teams and guests.
